It removes bacteria, dirt, sebum, and dead skin .  It cuts out oils as well as penetrates deep into pores to eliminate blockages.

Thanks to its blend of key ingredients like Neem, Willow Bark Extract, Vitamin B3, and Salicylic Acid it removes oil and sebum as well as penetrates deep into pores to eliminate acne-causing bacteria.

- Salicylic Acid: A powerful exfoliant derived from Willow leaves, penetrates pores to remove impurities like bacteria, dirt, and excess oils which result in acne.

How to use 
Apply a small amount to wet skin, gently massage, then rinse thoroughly. Use every other day initially, increasing to daily as tolerated. Always follow with sunscreen during daytime use.

This salicylic cleanser has has helped me a lot as having acne and oily skin for the past couple of years especially with alternatively using the efoliating cleanser, the first use of salicylic cleanser made my skin a bit red because it wasn't used to it but besides that its going great! Can see visible decrease in Acne breakouts, and will for sure be purchasing it again!
